WALT To plan and write an explanation of your understanding of evolution

EVOLUTION is hard to understand but it can be easy sometimes.

EVOLUTION is passed on from our ancestors . They’re DNA runs through our blood and we pass it on to other generations.

Like animals they adapt to the environment and evolve . Evolution is weird sometimes because we could have evolved from a ape to cavemen.

Evolution is passed on by your ancestors to your family and future generations. They’re gene runs through our blood which means every time we evolve we carry something with us from our ancestors.

Animals have evolved because back in the days horses use to have 4 toes, But now they have horse shoes.

Sometimes evolution is weird because we could have evolved from apes to cavemen, and even now we might evolve into robots or even zombiez.

Coding

Today I have been learning about coding it was fun.

Coding is writing instructions with a series of blocks or commands.

I tried coding with the Hour of Code.

The ones I tried were mine craft and moana

I found it evenly balanced.

Next time i will do it faster and time my self.

Fire-Brigade cup

On a frozen Thursday we went to Lindvart park to play rippa-rugby in the fire brigade cup. We walked all the way from Kaikohe West school to the rugby` club which sucked because how long the walk was. First we versed Kaikohe East we beat them 2-1. Shikane scored and so did Jarreau. Next we were up against Okaihau and sadly we lost 1-8 only Jarreau scored in our team. We lost to Kaeo because they were always fending us and covering their tags with the  ball. Finally the last team we versed was Tautoro they were pretty much like our rivals. They were our rivals because Mason was in their team so it was pretty much unfair because mason is a mean as stepper man so we lost 14-3.

Halloween

On halloween i never went trick or treating but my cousins did and they told me about everything.and also they got 50 lollies.

First they went to the next door and they got scared because this house was covered with scary decorations like ghosts,axemen and serial killers.

So they asked my aunty to go trick or treating with them and she said NAH!!! And told there older brother to go with them.

They were so scared of the costumes even though they were real people.

I laughed at them so hard because even their older brother was scared. It was the most funniest night ever. But the dumb thing about it was since i scared them i got no lollies.

THE WEEKEND

On the weekend I stayed home with my dad and watched tv. Because there was nothing to do.

Then we had to go pick up three trucks from okaihau. It was the most dumbest ride ever because we had to go the long way because the truck had no registration or anything like that.

Then we got back home at 9.00 o'clock we were exhausted from being busy. We went to sleep straight away.

Then on sunday everything was done we had nothing else to do it was AWESOME!!! It gave us time just to chill out.

MY HOLIDAY

In the holidays I went to my nana’s tangi, she died from sickness. We went to the marae in Tautoro.

The best part of it was the kai. We had everything. Nice hot hangi, sizzling warm boil up, delicious sweet pudding, lollies and         bubbled up fizzy.

After we finished eating we threw the green missile. every time you dropped it you have to do 1o press up’s. I’m really good at press up’s now because i dropped it a lot!!!

Even though it was a really sad time i enjoyed it with my whanau.

WALT:Write a recount using appropriate vocabulary

Today people visited room 1 and 2 To talk about bees. A group of beehives is called an apiary. Also it is bee aware month which i didn't even know existed. Bee Aware month is about beeing carefull for bees.

Dan let us look at the honey and the cells that the bee’s create. And he let us eat some of the honey to it is really nice.

Kathy showed us live bee’s leshidus found the queen bee.

The live bees were in a glass box there was about a thousand of them.

I am looking on my desk And i see a blue highlighter when you draw the lines are as bright as the gleaming sun.

The lines are as thick as a tree.

It glitters with sparkles.

The blueness is as bright as the gleaming ocean.

The highlighter is icy cold.

It is brighter than the blue sky.

The olympics

It was 2012 london olympics my sport was boxing.

My first opponent was Nick Diaz he’s one of the most strongest fighters in boxing history.

I was awfully frightened from him i thought i was going to die.

But I dogged every hit he threw. Then I made him so tired that he just couldn't through anymore. then I stopped. And thought oh he’s so tired maybe I could start hitting then every hit I threw I got him. Then I came in with a huge UPPERCUT pow and I knocked him out yes I said yes yes yes then I got the golden medal it was the best day ever.

Fire brigade cup

Yesterday kws had fire brigade cup.

We slowly were walking and talking down to lindvart.

Firstly we played te kura-kaupapa. We started first. Mason had the first run and he got the try. Then kura had a turn and the first person he ran down the side then slipped over. Then the next person got pretty far but still got ripped. The last person was very short but he scored so many tries that i lost count and another one but at the end we lost by one try.Next we battled East and won by 1 try. Next we played Okaihau and lost by 3 tries. after that we slid in the thick gooey mud.

Popping candy

WALT:Describe using senses

I feel crinkly,sticky and hard popping candy. I smell sweet raspberry and i taste a popping party in my mouth with sweet and sour tastes. It sounds like a gun shooting inside my mouth.
